Stage 1 | Briefing Call
We’ll hold a briefing call with you to discuss the report theme, timeline and tasks.
Stage 2 | Two Theme Designs for Selection
Two designs are presented to choose from. These designs will be a sample containing a cover page, 2 double page spreads, and selection of infographics and tables styles to choose from.
Stage 3 | Full Document Design
After a design theme is chosen, the full document is set out, designed, and delivered for review.
Stage 4 | Two Subsequent Revisions
Up to two subsequent revisions are included in the initial fee (further revisions can be quoted for).
Stage 5 | Approval and Handover
The approved design is delivered digitally. Printing can be arranged if distributing the report physically.

The process duration is dependent on how many pages your report requires, along with feedback response time. Typically 2-3 weeks.

If you are needing a small document designed, we are happy to provide you a quote.

In order for us to design your document, we require a text document containing the complete, edited copy (written content). For any financial information, we request excel spreadsheets or tables inserted within the copy document.
Regarding photographs, it is ideal for us to be provided with original, high-quality photography as this is most authentic to your business. If this is not possible, we are able to source royalty-free imagery for the document.
