Stage 1 | Briefing Call
We’ll meet with you to discuss the report theme, timeline and deliverables.
Stage 2 | Two Sample Designs
Two Initial designs are presented to choose from. These designs will be a sample containing a cover page, 2 double page spreads, and selection of infographics and tables to choose from.
Stage 3 | Full Document Design
The complete document is laid out and designed. Custom graphics, icons and supporting elements are designed and the document is presented to you for review.
Stage 4 | Two Subsequent Revisions
Two subsequent revisions are made on the design (further revisions can be arranged).
Stage 5 | Approval & Handover
The approved design is delivered digitally (print and web versions are supplied). In-house printing can be arranged.

In order for us to design your document, we require a text document containing the complete, edited written content.
For any photography or imagery required, we recommend providing original, high-quality photos, as these best reflect the authenticity of your business. If this isn’t possible, we can source suitable royalty-free imagery to complement your document.
